Refunds and Cancellations:

 

Please note: In order to keep our rates affordable, purchases are non-refundable. Class Cards expire based on first use.  If there is an issue with the expiration date of your card, please let us know. 

 

It is each student's responsibility to keep track of their class card usage, expiration dates and the classes for which they have registered.

Once registered for a class, it will be deducted automatically from the class card unless the student unregisters 2 hours or more prior to class. 

If the student unregisters two hours or more before class, their card or drop-in will be credited in the system for future use.

 

Students will not be able to unregister less than two hours before class start time, will be considered a no-show and the class cannot be credited back.

​Due to their already low cost, class cards cannot be suspended or extended except due to injury or illness or if the studio closed for an extended period.  Class cards may be transferred to another person.

Exceptions made on a case-by-case basis.

Cardholders may share class cards with a family member.  Please send an email request for sharing and include the family member's name, email and phone number so an account can be created for them.

​

We make no guarantees as to which teacher will be teaching as sometimes another teacher or substitute may conduct a given class due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Class or workshop cancellations due to weather or an act of God will be credited back to the student's account in the system for future use.

 

If a student cancels less than 48 hours before a Workshop, no credit will be given. If the student cancels 48 hours or more before a workshop, a credit for a future workshop will be given, but the student must be added to the future workshop manually by the Studio only.  The student must contact the studio to register for the workshop.
