9:30am Class is Waitlist only. Signup for the waitlist to get notified if a space opens up as they often do when people change their plans.

11:15am class has 8 spots open.

​

Please only sign up for one class.

You may switch times by unregistering for one and registering for the other.

 

Please do so as soon as possible at least 24 hours or more before, to give others an opportunity to register.

We have added a second class, please only sign up for one class . If you signed up for 9:30, but prefer to take the 11:15 class, please unregister from the 9:30am class first.

Join us the day before Mother's Day for a FREE Hatha Yoga class to celebrate all mothers.  

These will be adult, all-levels classes with props and modifications for attendees.

Regular classes will be cancelled and replaced by these free classes.
